Developing leaders who create a culture of inclusion, respect, wellbeing and belonging.

The Inclusive Leadership Impact Model

Our team inclusion and inclusive leadership workshops are built around Sonali Dsilva’s Inclusive Leadership Impact Model. This outlines the practical behaviours that enable leaders to create environments where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to contribute at their best. The model highlights five essential elements of Inclusive Leadership — Inclusion, Psychological Safety, Respect, Belonging, and Connection. These create powerful team outcomes such as: Contribution, Wellbeing, Confidence, Commitment and Engagement. Our inclusive leadership training for managers offers a clear, actionable pathway to strengthen leadership outcomes. Participants learn practical strategies and tools that move the needle on inclusion at work. When team leaders intentionally practise these five behaviours, they unlock initiative, creativity and engagement. When more people feel valued, visible and included, team performance rises.

Why Inclusion Matters

Because inclusive and safe teams outperform those who don’t feel included or safe at work.

When teams feel safe to speak up, share ideas, ask for help, and use their talents — performance rises, innovation grows, and collaboration becomes easier.

Inclusion is not just a policy. It’s a set of learnable practices that allow leaders to shape positive employee experiences through promoting inclusion, fairness, safety and respect at work.

Investing in inclusive practices is investingin a culture that enables more people to use their best talents towards the organisation’s most important goals - and belong at work.
