BEYOND BANK AUSTRALIA
“Sonali presented at Beyond Bank Australia ‘In Conversations with D&I” speaking about the topic of Inclusion to our employees. She is an inspiring presenter who speaks authentically, sharing numerous personal experiences around the topic of Inclusion and giving simple practical strategies for our employees to adopt in their day to day life. Sonali not only spoke wholeheartedly about the topic but she clearly role modelled inclusion throughout the presentation ensuring that she was inclusive with all individuals through the various forms of technology that were used to deliver her message. We will certainly continue to work with Sonali in our business for future D&I Initiatives.”

“I can unhesitatingly provide a high recommendation for Sonali as a competent and engaging facilitator in Leadership Development. Sonali has advanced skills and knowledge in designing and facilitating leadership programs for a range of audiences. Since 2019, Sonali has been a part of our panel of expert facilitators for our public and tailored workshops. She has designed and delivered successful leadership programs for our clients with high praise. Sonali also worked on designing and developing new courses in areas of Inclusive Leadership and leading effectively during change and transitions. I especially appreciate her ability to quickly and effectively understand learner needs and adapt her approach to meet those needs - ensuring that participants not only develop their knowledge, skills and confidence but apply their learning. It is a pleasure working with Sonali and her depth of knowledge and experience is what we require for our programs. She has genuine curiosity and passion for learning, asks the right questions, listens keenly, and always delivers to an exceptional standard. I highly recommend Sonali and am happy to speak with you further about our experience with working with her.”

Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD)
“Through AITD, I had the privilege of co-hosting an amazing webinar delivered by Sonali D’silva, called “Activating an Inclusive Learning Experience'' in May of 2020. Sonali’s depth and breadth of knowledge around diversity and inclusion is quite simply incredible. Her webinar uncovers varying types of facilitation, which are important reminders for all of us as we move through our work life, personal life and connections with the world. But more importantly, Sonali teaches 3 simple yet extremely effective steps that put inclusive facilitation into practice. Her presentation is relevant, engaging, and essential to workplaces and households across the globe, and should not be missed. Thank you Sonali for your dedication and continued work in the field of diversity and inclusion. It’s exactly the information sharing we all need right now.”

LOCAL GOVERNMENT VOLUNTEER MANAGERS NETWORK
“Sonali provided a wonderful presentation on Reaping the Diversity Dividend and Unconscious Bias to the Local Government Volunteer Management Network (LGVMN) meeting at Playford on 4 September 2019. The presentation easily fits into our professional development objective, and I find I have to repeat my genuinely made comments (at the end of the presentation) that the delivery and content provided was one of the most engaging and thought provoking presentations that I have seen in the ten or so years that I have been a member. This view was repeated to me be many of those present, and it was clear that they not only enjoyed the session, but took away many learnings and observations which will help them manage diversity and unconscious bias, not only in their professional roles, but also in their personal lives.”
Michael Feszczak, Chairperson, Local Government Volunteer Managers Network, South Australia
