Accelerating a culture of inclusion, psychological safety, respect, belonging and connection.

About us

Sonali Dsilva started Equality Consulting in 2017 in Adelaide, South Australia on the back of a long corporate career in learning and leadership development.

At the heart of Equality Consulting is a belief that healthy and human workplaces are built on five essential experiences: Inclusion, Psychological Safety, Respect, Belonging and Connection. When people feel visible and valued, safe to speak up, are treated with dignity and fairness, and connected to something meaningful, they experience belonging and exceed expectations. Inclusive Leadership is the catalyst that brings these experiences to life. Our work equips leaders and teams with inclusive practices and a mindset that enables work cultures where everyone can belong and thrive.

Inclusive Leadership Impact Model

Our training, consulting and coaching work is grounded in our proprietary frameworks for Inclusive Leadership, Psychological Safety, Bias Awareness and Women’s Professional Development. We offer original and custom content paired with psychological science-backed tools, strategies and methods that accelerate leadership development and culture building.
