BEYOND BANK AUSTRALIA
“Sonali presented at Beyond Bank Australia ‘In Conversations with D&I” speaking about the topic of Inclusion to our employees. She is an inspiring presenter who speaks authentically, sharing numerous personal experiences around the topic of Inclusion and giving simple practical strategies for our employees to adopt in their day to day life. Sonali not only spoke wholeheartedly about the topic but she clearly role modelled inclusion throughout the presentation ensuring that she was inclusive with all individuals through the various forms of technology that were used to deliver her message. We will certainly continue to work with Sonali in our business for future D&I Initiatives.”

XLENT DISABILITY SERVICES
"I engaged Equality Consulting to undertake a key HR project to review and help rewrite our HR, training and WHS policies and procedures, as we transitioned to our new employee platform, Employment Hero. Sonali was quick to understand the brief and the considerations important within the disabilities services industry. The quality of work Sonali was able to deliver prompted us to engage her in a much wider project that included a range of our operational documents, and involved working with the executive leaders of our organisation. Sonali brought her considerable industry experience in HR and people development insights to the project. She is flexible in her approach, and was able to provide a quick turnaround on tasks when needed. What I really appreciate about Sonali is her enthusiasm about the work and our shared appreciation of a job well done when a policy reaches final stage and is modern, innovative and practical. I would be happy to recommend her to any organisation looking for a capable HR and leadership consultant."

LOCAL GOVERNMENT VOLUNTEER MANAGERS NETWORK
Sonali provided a wonderful presentation on Reaping the Diversity Dividend and Unconscious Bias to the Local Government Volunteer Management Network (LGVMN) meeting at Playford on 4 September 2019. The presentation easily fits into our professional development objective, and I find I have to repeat my genuinely made comments (at the end of the presentation) that the delivery and content provided was one of the most engaging and thought provoking presentations that I have seen in the ten or so years that I have been a member. This view was repeated to me be many of those present, and it was clear that they not only enjoyed the session, but took away many learnings and observations which will help them manage diversity and unconscious bias, not only in their professional roles, but also in their personal lives.
