Developing leaders who build a culture of inclusion, respect, wellbeing and belonging.

The Inclusive Leadership Impact Model

Inclusive Leadership Training & Workshops | Adelaide

Our inclusion programs are built around Sonali Dsilva’s Inclusive Leadership Impact Model, which outlines the practical behaviours that enable leaders to create environments where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to contribute at their best. The model highlights five essential elements of inclusive leadership — Inclusion, Psychological Safety, Respect, Belonging, and Voice — and the powerful cultural outcomes they create: Contribution, Wellbeing, Confidence, Engagement, and Empowerment. It provides leaders with a clear and actionable pathway for strengthening team culture through impactful tools and strategies. When leaders intentionally practise these behaviours, they unlock initiative and creativity, deepen trust, improve motivation and performance, and build teams where people feel seen, heard, and included.
